The factory's production base is located in Huiyang District, Huizhou City with convenient transportation, with a factory area of 10000 square meters and nearly 200 employees. In order to ensure the product quality, the factory has been operated strictly according to ISO9001:2000 and ISO9001:2008 quality system and ISO14000, ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system from the beginning of its establishment. The company has strong technical force, advanced production equipment and testing equipment, set up a mold workshop, equipped with CNC4, 5 spark machines, 30 injection molding machines, a number of rubber mixing machines and automatic printing machines, as well as other related mold opening equipment. At the same time, the company is also equipped with automatic spraying equipment, all spraying process is carried out in the dust-free workshop. The silicone materials used by CHIN FAI have reached the EU ROHS compulsory certification and SGS material testing and other certification standards, and the products currently developed have reached the FDA food grade standards.
